Global Crossing has been positioned by Gartner in the challengers quadrant in the “Magic Quadrant for Pan-European Network Service Providers” report.
“I believe our ‘challengers’ position in this Pan-European Magic Quadrant report is validation of our robust strategy to expand across Europe and support enterprise, government and carrier customers,” commented Anthony Christie, Global Crossing managing director for EMEA.
“Within our European business, Global Crossing UK revenue for the quarter increased 13 percent year over year and 2 percent sequentially,” he continued. “We are seeing the benefits of a controlled 18-month sales re-organisation in Europe and of a focus on providing customers with solutions that increase business efficiency.”
