GN Launches Wireless Headset for Contact Centre and Office Professionals

Headset vendor GN has launched the Jabra GN9120 Duo, a wireless headset aimed at professional workers in noisy working environments such as contact centres. With its dual earpieces and noise-cancelling microphone, the company says the headset offers ‘outstanding listening accuracy and delivers clear calls with reduced background noise’.

The Jabra GN9120 Duo is designed for use in open-plan offices, contact centres and even emergency service centres, where workers require maximum concentration in environments often typified by high ambient noise levels. In addition to the superior sound quality benefits, the headset boasts a talk time of up to 12 hours to support professionals through the longest of working days.

The Jabra GN9120 Duo has wireless capability with a range of up to 150 metres which, when paired with Jabra 1000 remote handset lifter, allows the user to answer and end calls remotely if needed. The headset also has a feature that allows four headsets to be conferenced in quickly and easily - an ideal feature for the busy office professional or for supervisors training within the call centre environment.

“The demand on office and contact centre professionals to provide outstanding customer service is ever increasing”, said Jan McNair, Vice President, Office Business Unit at GN. “The Jabra GN9120 Duo was designed to help them do just that. Think of any busy, noisy environment and our new headset is a perfect fit for those who want superior audio quality and crystal-clear calls.”

The Jabra GN9120 Duo is estimated to retail at £239.95 and is available immediately.
