GN Netcom Appoints New Marketing Director

GN Netcom, a leader in innovative headset solutions, has announced the appointment of Sarah Gray as UK Marketing Director

Sarah will be responsible for identifying and exploiting new opportunities to promote GN Netcom’s innovative range of professional headsets to both end users and channel partners. She will create the necessary business strategy and implement associated campaigns to reinforce GN Netcom’s leadership position in order to support business growth. In particular, she will focus on the emerging Unified Communications (UC) market, to promote Jabra headsets as leading UC solutions.

Gray, who has more than 12 years experience in the voice and data comms sector, has been Channel Marketing Manager at GN Netcom for the past four years which has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the sales channel. She will use this expertise within her new role to ensure that the company’s channel partners are fully supported, providing the necessary education, lead generation techniques and motivation to achieve sales targets.

In addition, she will spearhead campaigns to drive end user awareness of the company’s portfolio of products, extending the GN Netcom brand into the corporate space. Marketing activity will centre on educating users on the significant business benefits that using GN Netcom headsets can provide.

Sarah will report directly to Karsten H. Pedersen, Managing Director, who comments: “GN Netcom recognises that despite the current economic climate, it is important to maintain investment in marketing to optimise sales opportunities. Having been with GN Netcom for four years, Sarah has a significant level of understanding of the company’s product portfolio, and how to best bring these to market. This level of experience and expertise will to help take the company to the next level, developing brand recognition in our key markets.”

Prior to joining GN Netcom, Sarah headed up the marketing team for Toshiba Business Communications, and worked in UK and EMEA channel marketing roles in Nortel, 3Com and Cabletron (now Enterasys).
