Headset vendor GN (UK) Limited has recently appointed V2 Communications, the business-to-business lead generation telemarketing company, as its outbound marketing partner in the UK. V2 Communications will help GN to support its channel partners by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within the contact centre industry. As part of the project, V2 Communications will also cleanse GN’s existing database to verify all contact details and ensure compliance with government legislation.
V2 Communication has appointed two agents to carry out the outbound calls. Each agent will target large to medium-sized contact centres, offering them a free 14 day trial of one of GN’s comprehensive portfolio of contact centre headsets. Once the trial is agreed, the information is passed onto one of GN’s channel partners who can then contact the contact centre to convert the lead into new business.

To ensure a rapid response to all qualified leads, V2 Communications has set-up a lead-tracking capability that follows the lead from identification to fulfilment, flagging up any opportunity that is not progressed within a given timeframe. V2 Communications has also created an interface into GN’s CRM system, enabling them to update and change GN’s database at the touch of a button.
