GoHello, a service which aims to rid businesses of their desk phones, launches in the UK next month and the company is looking to build its UK reseller network.
GoHello is a web-based mobile phone system for businesses, delivering all the features of an office telephony system through any mobile phone. By replacing desk phones without new hardware, both fixed-line and mobile resellers will be able to increase their share of the mobile market.
Already available in Denmark, GoHello is a proven with over 16,000 users, across companies ranging from just five employees to over 2,000. The service runs from software that can be installed by the customer and set-up on a PC in less than ten minutes. Interfacing with MS Exchange and IBM Domino programmes, GoHello automatically incorporates employee calendar schedules, along with caller groups giving companies much more control in managing their communications. Requiring no technical expertise, GoHello delivers the functionality of fixed line offerings over mobile.
GoHello supports any mobile phone with no software installation or complex set-up. Calls can be routed from the company’s main number to mobiles without incurring costly mobile termination fees usually associated with these call transfers. By merging the office phone and the mobile into a single 100% mobile solution, GoHello makes hardware-based office phone systems (whether PSTN or VoIP) obsolete. .
Because GoHello requires no additional hardware, resellers do not need to invest in stock. GoHello can scale for both small and medium enterprises as well as larger corporates. Based on a subscription model, high margins are available. Customers pay a monthly fixed fee per user, providing recurring revenues for resellers.
