Exeter based Swan Communications Limited has acquired the client base and goodwill of Swan Communications (London) Limited. The buyout comes as Swan Communications repositions themselves to focus on high level, integrated solutions in the mid market arena.
The two companies, which have been trading alongside, will now come under one banner; Swan Communications Ltd. In a statement, Managing Director Peter O’Shaughnessy said, “This is a positive move, designed to increase productivity by streamlining processes and improving efficiencies throughout the company. The impact of the acquisition will be seamless to our customers, as all assets, staff, goodwill and orders on hand will be transferred to Swan Communications Ltd.”
He added, “Swan are on a significant growth path and the buyout of Swan Communications (London) Ltd will ensure we are able to provide the very best levels of service to our customers.”
