Good Technology Enhances its Good Dynamics Platform and Suite of Enterprise Mobility Solutions

Good Technology announced two updates that significantly improve the effectiveness of today’s mobile workforce—the addition of Good Dynamics AppKinetics to its Good Dynamics platform, which helps protect enterprise data in transit, at rest, and in use on today’s popular mobile devices; and the availability of eight new ISV-partner applications to its Good Dynamics ecosystem

These new enhancements build upon Good’s portfolio of award-winning enterprise mobility solutions, which includes Good Dynamics and Good’s Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution.

The first of its kind in the industry, Good’s patented AppKinetics technology builds on the company’s proven ‘containerisation’ security model to enable business apps from Good, its Good Dynamics partner ISVs, and internal enterprise developers to securely exchange information within and between applications and create seamless multi-app workflows without compromising security or employees’ privacy and personal experience. The combination of Good’s ‘containerisation’ and AppKinetics technologies creates an ecosystem of protected, interoperable, mobile applications that drive business processes, increase employee productivity, and enhance collaboration.

“When it comes to enterprise mobility, we believe MDM solutions emphasise the wrong ‘D.’ Value and productivity ultimately come from the data and applications that employees actually use—not the devices they run on,” said John Herrema, Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Good Technology. “With AppKinetics and our ecosystem of Good Dynamics partner apps, IT leaders can meet their productivity and information security objectives by securing and deploying what matters most: high-value business apps and data.”

Good’s comprehensive suite of secure and interoperable enterprise mobility solutions has been tested and selected by FORTUNE 500 enterprise customers, including eight of the top 10 financial institutions, five of the top 10 healthcare organisations and half of the FORTUNE 100. The Good Dynamics partner ecosystem includes many of today’s top enterprise Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), such as Box, Copiun, iAnnotate, GroupLogic and Roambi.

“As mobile phones and tablets become the most dominant tools in business, more IT managers and workforces are turning to Roambi for its dynamic user experience and multi-layer security features,” said David Becerra, VP of Business Development, Roambi. “Our partnership with Good Technology makes it easier for CIOs and IT managers to quickly implement Roambi to streamline and modernise how workforces receive, analyse, publish, and present key business information.”
