Gradwell Achieves Industry Quality Mark

Internet services provider Gradwell has achieved a industry quality mark in recognition of its commitment to service reliability and customer satisfaction.

The mark was awarded by the Internet Telephony Service Providers Association (ITSPA) and recognises Gradwell’s compliance with the organisation’s strict code of conduct, its adherence to the highest service standards and its ability to go the extra mile for its customers. The company is one of only eight to have received the accolade to date.

Gradwell provides communications solutions to small businesses throughout the UK, including VoIP, broadband, web hosting and email management. The company has enjoyed considerable success since it was founded in 1998, achieving year-on-year growth of more than 50% and increasing its customer base to more than 10,000. It was also named one of the UK’s fastest growing technology businesses by accountancy firm Deloitte in its 2009 Technology Fast 50 awards programme.

Commenting on the achievement, Gradwell’s Managing Director Peter Gradwell said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have achieved ITSPA’s quality mark and to see our commitment to excellence recognised in this way. Customer satisfaction and reliability are of the utmost importance to us and we always strive to provide the best possible service.

“Our success is a result of providing innovative solutions which meet the needs of small businesses, backed up by comprehensive support and the highest levels of technical expertise. We aim to help our customers thrive, as well as equipping them for the evolving business environment by enabling them to establish virtual offices and work from anywhere.”

ITSPA Secretariat Phil Reid added: “Gradwell has been a staunch supporter of ITSPA since its inception and we are very pleased to be able to award this quality mark. As one of the largest providers of VoIP to UK small businesses, its continued adoption of improved service standards demonstrates that Internet telephony continues to have a real impact on improving UK businesses – saving them money and making them more productive.”
