Business technology and communications provider Grapevine has been awarded Technical Alliance Partner status with Gamma.

James Spinks, managing director, Grapevine, said, “The support we have had from Gamma to expand our Unified Communications portfolio has been exemplary. From technical and sales training, product development and bespoke marketing, through to their excellent after sales support, Gamma have helped us fast track the development of this sector of our business.

“The recognition from this award of Technical Alliance Partner status further demonstrates that we have constantly delivered the highest quality deployments rather than just quantity and reinforces our commitment to our clients and staff in keeping them up to date with the latest product and industry changes through ongoing training and product development.”

Louise Fairley, partner programme manager, Gamma, added, “We’re delighted to welcome Grapevine to the Gamma Technical Alliance Programme and look forward to a flourishing ongoing relationship. By continuing to leverage Gamma’s solutions and an on-going commitment to the training of their support and provisioning personnel, they can support their customers with next-level Unified Communications solutions. We in turn will support them in that journey with marketing through consultancy, content, campaigns and MDF.”

Gamma added the Technical Alliance tier to its partner programme to recognise Gamma partners that are committed to keeping their teams updated and knowledgeable on the Gamma products they sell and service.

Grapevine was established in 1991 and provides an extensive range of cloud-based solutions to businesses and organisations across the South and South-West of England.
