Richard Knight, previously the Customer Service Operations Director at Orange has recently joined Griffin Internet as Customer Operations Director.
Knight was involved in the early days of Freeserve and has a breadth of operations ISP experience. He is also tasked with managing internal processes to improve customer experience.
Knight has already made significant changes at Griffin bringing the technical support, accounts and operations departments together to provide a consistent face to the customer.
