With demand for cloud computing on the increase, choosing the right connectivity Partner is critical for Resellers. Of course they need reliable IP but also a supplier that has a vision and investment strategy beyond basic broadband. As technology and customer requirements change they must have suppliers they can trust to support them throughout the sales cycle.
In their latest Partner satisfaction survey Griffin say they received a 100% approval rating on being ‘trustworthy’ and ‘a good company to work with’. The company adds that their internal sales team also received 100% on their ability to meet reseller requirements via phone and email. 100% of Partners questioned also said that their Partner Manager adds value to their business. Griffin services scored 97% based on their overall ability to meet their customer’s requirements and their technical support team scored 94% on the same basis.
At a recent channel event Rob Murdoch of Titan commented; “The thing about Griffin is that they are honest and nice to deal with. When you call them up they care about the end users as much as we do and will help to resolve issues and report back quickly. For larger deals it is useful to have Griffin pre-sales and account managers to come with you to put forward solutions face to face and they don’t sell directly so I know they will do everything they can to win the deal for us.”
