Hennessy to Optimise Opera’s IVR Network

Opera Telecom, the international mobile services company, has appointed Mark Hennessy as Head of Telecoms to further develop the company’s IVR platform. Hennessy will be responsible for maintaining the high quality of service Opera Telecom provides to its customers through effective network management and optimisation of the IVR switch infrastructure.

Formally a technical consultant for Totem Communications, Hennessy joins Opera Telecom with a wealth of experience in product development, network management, and strategic developments for clients. At Totem, Hennessy was involved in all aspects of network development, including designing bespoke IVR solutions for customers including Pizza Hut, Teletext Holidays, Freedom Direct and Gloucestershire NHS.
