Highest Cisco accolade for Nowcomm

Nowcomm, the unified communications and network support specialist, has achieved an overall score of 98.6% to be recognised by Cisco for the second year in a row for “Customer Satisfaction Excellence” - the highest distinction within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.

A Cisco silver partner with Advanced Cisco specialisations in Unified Communications, Managed Services and Routing and Switching, Nowcomm was set up in 2005 by four founders who had all previously worked at Cisco.

“We constantly hear stories from companies we talk to about their frustrations in dealing with large, complex incumbent suppliers who are slow to respond or deal effectively with their problems,” said Richard McLoughlin, Nowcomm’s managing director. “It’s the very reason why we set up Nowcomm – to meet clients’ expectations in a new and better way by filling the gap between large IT organisations who may not care enough and small ones without the right resources.”

Nowcomm’s own customers seem to have a very different story to tell. “They have performed flawlessly in both management approach, technical ability and adding value to my department's activities,” said Ian Abell, Head of Technology Services at Leicester City Council. Milton Lowe of HML went one step further. “They are what I expect of a Cisco Partner,” he said. “In comparison to several gold partners I am aware of, Nowcomm's level of service, professionalism and technical ability put the gold partners to shame."
