HighNet Moves to Accommodate Substantial Growth

Reseller HighNet will be moving from its current office building in Lotland Street, Inverness to its new HQ in Cradlehall Business Park, on the eastern side of the city. The need to move is a result of HighNet’s continued growth and increasing number of staff.

Last year, HighNet achieved an 18% growth rate and this year our turnover for the first quarter is up by15% on the same quarter last year. In addition to exceptional growth figures, HighNet has increased its number of staff by 25% in the past year. The new positions were created in various areas of the business, including our new data network, which will see HighNet evolve from a telecoms reseller to an ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Amongst the many factors which have contributed towards HighNet’s growth are the success of their EFM product (Ethernet in the First Mile) and recent launch of their truly unique Mobile product. These have enabled HighNet to competitively access new markets across the country and provide business with perfect solutions to meet individual requirements.

Situated in an idyllic setting amongst other prominent Inverness businesses, the new HQ has fantastic features including two dedicated meeting rooms, boardroom, bespoke training facility, state-of–the-art staff lounge, and reception area. The new building was designed to generate greater productivity and refine working practices, and the open layout will encourage efficiency and communication which will aid HighNet in continuing to deliver a first class service for both partners and customers.

Dave Siegel, Managing Director said, “We are very excited about our move to Cradlehall Business Park. This will mark the beginning of HighNet becoming an ISP and will provide a more dynamic working environment for our expanding team.”
