HighNet Reports Excellent Performance in Broadband

Scottish reseller HighNet has reported excellent performance results from their data portfolio. Last month saw fault reporting at less than 0.6% from their base of broadband and leased line customers, with only 25% of these ending up to be genuine faults. On top of this, their asset base has grown by 31% since January.

Technical Director, David Alldritt, is delighted with the results: “Having completed a successful broadband migration programme at the end of last year, we are now offering our customers consistently stable and reliable business broadband. Our figures show that 75% of faults are caused by faulty CPE rather than the network itself. The combination of a reliable carrier and our first class in-house technical team delivers a superior product with superior support, something which is appreciated by customers and partners alike.

We have also seen a sharp increase in the number of leased lines and MPLS circuits which are being sold into a range of different businesses, and with the prices becoming more and more accessible, we can only see this continuing.”
