Horizon equIP Has Extreme Expertise

Basingstoke based specialist IP security integrating distributor, Horizon equIP Technology, has announced that it has become the most highly accredited Extreme distributor in the UK following considerable expansion of its training and support capabilities. By bolstering its skills and resources to create a comprehensive channel centre of excellence, Horizon equIP offers significant strategic value for its Extreme channel partners.

Horizon equIP has invested in personnel to achieve Extreme Initial Training and Network Associate accreditation and has further augmented this investment to obtain the level of Extreme Networks Specialists (ENS), ensuring that it can offer fully equipped engineers to provide ongoing service and support pre and post deployment. In addition, Horizon equIP is the only distributor to have received accreditation to deliver in-house Extreme support through its TIPS (Technical IP Services) providing its partners different levels of support tailored to their needs.

Horizon equIP has further enhanced its Extreme support capabilities by developing new skilled professional services personnel and pre-sales solutions architects to directly engage with the reseller base. With this expertise and additional personnel, Horizon equIP has been able to deliver over 250 hours of training to its partners this year.
