HSC launches Orange Select new partner programme

HSC has launched Orange Select, a new partner programme designed by HSC and Orange to offer a key selection of HSC’s Orange dealers a range of additional benefits to help them grow their Orange business with the top mobile distributor.

Launching on 1st October 2011, the aim of the programme is to enable Orange dealers to sell the full Orange portfolio. Dealers will be able to attract and retain high value customers as HSC helps its partners to provide a great customer experience.

The scheme provides unique marketing benefits. It encourages partners to sell additional, exclusive HSC Select incentives, rewarding over-achievement of programme criteria on top of all standard HSC rewards and promotions. Orange Select also offers marketing creative services, ‘Pot of Gold’ marketing funds, exclusive Orange Select BlackBerry incentives, access to apply for authorisation to resell the iPhone range, and an Orange accreditation certificate to assure partner creditability.

Bi-annual Orange Select forums will be run at unique venues to build strong relationships with other members and share best practice, giving partners a great opportunity to share good and bad experiences direct with the network, manufacturers and HSC.

Carlos Pestana, sales manager at HSC, remarked: “We wanted to make sure the programme had strong financial benefits, so we included an overlay bonus with strong commercials. Orange is also honouring the previous month’s commercials for impending deals.

“From a sales support angle, BlackBerry is supporting Orange Select partners with loan stock on new devices and assistance with on-site customer visits when necessary. In addition to unlimited access to Tariffcom for more than 10 deals, HSC and Orange are also holding quarterly conference call ‘clinics’ to get additional funding for selected deals. HSC’s technical support services are also creating bespoke Orange modules for new products and services to support the scheme’s members,” added Pestana.

The dealer commitment for Orange Select partnership is 50 new connections per quarter and below 15% churn. Each Orange Select partner’s performance will be measured quarterly.

On Tuesday 20th September HSC announced the new Orange Partner Programme at an event that took place at the main Orange network control centre in Bristol. After the presentation, HSC’s partners were given the opportunity to be given a rare tour around the network operations centre, seeing firsthand how the operation is run day to day.

HSC was one of Orange’s initial launch distributors and has worked with the operator for 17 years. HSC has a wealth of experience in running successful independent partner programmes.
