HSC tops the quarterly League Table in Q3

HSC is proud to announce it has won the O2 Business Distributor Centre of Excellence award for the third quarter.

A key factor in HSC’s success with O2 in the last quarter has been its growing Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results, an area it has led the field in. Maggie Kennedy, O2 head of partners remarked: “What made the difference was the fantastic results that HSC delivered, focused on our Joined Up Business offering, which contributed to the company leading CSI across distribution.”

Kennedy, continued: “We want to offer our congratulations to Bob, Carlos and the team at HSC. HSC led the numbers over the quarter and has shown real improvement in its sales volumes across both Fixed and Mobile over the past three months. Their approach in re shaping their business to maximise new products and services is to be applauded as we move into the FMC space.”
