In Call Solutions are adding a new product to their portfolio, which will be launched at Convergence Summit South next week.
ICS will be unveiling their latest development, which is a Disaster Recovery service. Created due to customer demand, the service adds functionality to the Number Manager portal and can automatically reroute numbers at the flick of a switch.
The launch comes in the wake of the recent high profile system errors in the banking and mobile industry, where customers were unable to access their accounts or use their phones for several days.
Managing Director Peter Crooks says “Disaster Recovery is a hot topic at the moment with end users far more aware of the business implications should their lines go down.
“We are very excited about this product launch at Convergence Summit South where we can demonstrate the product to customers, and we feel it’s an excellent time to do it”
ICS will be showcasing several of their market leading products at the event, including the Number Manager inbound Web portal, the recently upgraded Number Manager iphone app, ICS outbound call recording and Audio Manager professional audio recordings service.
ICS specialise in providing inbound, non-geographical telephone numbers and cloud-based call management applications services to the UK wholesale reseller channel.
