Manchester-based telecoms company In Call Solutions have added to their portfolio with the launch of a professional audio recordings service.
The service is available through an interactive website – audio.numbermanager.com – which gives customers the opportunity to listen to a bespoke recording, before they make a purchase.
Visitors to the site can build their own sample recordings by choosing from a wide selection of music, along with a choice of professional male and female voice artists. They can then listen to all their sample options before deciding which works best for their organisation. Some of the different types of audio recordings available include on-hold messages, in queue messages, simple welcome messages, voicemail greetings and auto-attendant menus.
Audio Manager has been launched to complement In Call Solution’s market-leading web application platform, Number Manager that, gives channel partners the ability to self-build and self-manage all inbound numbers and services through a single web portal. This includes the “Audio Library” where recordings can be uploaded and stored ready to instantly add to a service.
On-hold messages are specifically designed to deliver key business information to new and potential customers calling an organisation. Companies can use this “free air time” to provide them with key information such as new product launches and services, seasonal campaigns or special offers, web site details and hours of business and much more.
Research shows that over 50% of customers placed on hold will remain connected for over a minute if provided with company information and music. More importantly, more than 30% of customers met with silence will hang up and often don’t call back.
