Inaugural event success for HighNet

Scottish reseller HighNet is celebrating the success of its inaugural Corporate Challenge. Twenty companies from all over Scotland attended the event last week to compete in a Ryder Cup-style golf competition at the prestigious Castle Stuart Golf Links in the north of Scotland.

Having recently completed a rebranding exercise, this event was held by HighNet in order to promote the new image to new and existing customers. There were several competitions on throughout the day including a Himalayan putting challenge, and a booby prize was awarded to Craig Maclean of Mackenzie Taylor Wealth Management for playing his round in shorts!

One of the guests, David Rae of Networkingolf, praised the event and the new branding: “A combination of the obvious effort put in by HighNet and the venue created one of the best golf days I’ve ever attended...They have done a great job with the new branding; it’s fresh, contemporary and most importantly it looks ‘joined up’ which is vital to maintain a positive brand perception.”

Dave Siegel, MD comments: “We were delighted to have such a high turnout at our first ever customer-focussed event, especially with so many companies having travelled several hours to get there. It really was an excellent day, and it was great to see our new image so well received.”
