Inclarity will offer a full day administrator training package enabling customers to get more from their feature-rich hosted VoIP system. In the purpose-built classroom, complete with PCs, phones and a live working system, attendees will be able to learn more about innovative features such as click-to-dial (allowing users to make a call directly from their laptop or PC), how to forward voicemails via email, reroute calls and change hunt groups.
A four day technical training course will also be offered to new business partners in a high-tech classroom with an advanced technical work area. Resellers will be trained by experts to quickly and effectively install and support Inclarity’s hosted VoIP system.
