Incom-CNS Group is awarded coveted Platinum Partner status by national business communications supplier and network operator, Gamma.
Platinum partner status is the highest echelon of accreditation which is achieved when a channel partner has not only successfully completed all the relevant sales, technical and provisioning training, but has also attained a higher level of objectives and requirements through exceptional performance across sales, engineering and customer support.
Gamma’s Platinum Partner programme promotes customer success by ensuring that channel partners meet stringent certification and resource requirements. It allows Incom-CNS to have access to their dedicated Partner Programme Manager and campaign team, support in the creation and execution of regular bespoke campaigns, filming and production of a video customer case study, an annual roundtable with senior management and product specialists, as well as exclusive sales training and events.
Nikki Freeman, Business Development Manager for Gamma, said, “By achieving platinum partner status, Incom-CNS will now benefit from additional support, resources and staff training, all of which will allow them to continue delivering reliable and trusted communication services. The Platinum Programme opens up a host of additional benefits including access to premium features on the partner marketing portal Accelerate, MDF funding for Gamma-focused activity, one-to-one marketing consultancy and a managed service for bespoke design.”
David Hughes, CEO of the Incom-CNS Group commented, “At Incom-CNS, we are exceptionally careful about who we select as partners and we are delighted to have been acknowledged as a Gamma platinum partner. It is wonderful to have been recognised for our high levels of customer service and, after fifteen years’ collaboration with Gamma, it is testament to our fantastic team of people.”
