With over 25 years in the IT industry, Orr has excelled at both motivating sales teams and breaking open new markets within areas such as IP Telephony and Internet service delivery. Orr has won the prestigious ‘Sales Leader of the Year’ at the National Sales Awards and, in doing so, became the only person to win both these awards.
Orr will drive sales within TeleWare using a strategic mixture of wholesales, dealer, reseller and direct sales within the go-to-market approach to allow TeleWare to address the different customer delivery requirements. An area of immediate focus will be TeleWare Hosted Services for the delivery of TeleWare's IP Softswitch and multiple applications portfolio in a hosted environment. The TeleWare service is delivered across TDM or IP networks from TeleWare's hosted environment in Thirsk and London, a Service Provider's hosted environment or from approved co-location facilities.
