Infinitel named Fuse 2 Platinum Partner of the Year

Business communications services provider Infinitel has been awarded Platinum Partner of the Year by UC specialist Fuse 2 Communications.

Infinitel joined forces with Fuse 2 in 2017 and is now one of its longest-serving partners. Manchester-based Fuse 2 was founded in 2016, co-founded by chief technology officer Wayne Mills-Kidals and chief operating officer Chris Blagg. The company quickly became a 3CX Titanium partner and one of the first to offer Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams.

Fuse 2 is also a 3CX Solutions provider. Infinitel has leveraged this relationship and has this year achieved 3CX Gold partner status.

Andrew Platt, founder and managing director of Infinitel said that its successful collaboration with Fuse 2 has accelerated rapidly over the past 18 months as businesses worldwide adapted to remote working.

“We have also harnessed Fuse 2’s knowledge and expertise to implement our own network which allows us full monitoring and management of all our customers’ VoIP calls,” Platt said.

“Fully supported by Fuse 2’s engineering teams, this has been a key differentiator which has been a deciding factor in many new client wins in the past 12 months.”

Fuse 2’s Chris Blagg added: “Andrew and his team have proven pivotal to our testing processes for BETA releases of our partner portal EDGE and new technologies we have developed.

“Everyone at Fuse 2 is looking forward to many more years of working together and sharing the same values in our industry.”
