Ingram Micro U.K. and Comms-care have announced the launch of configuration services to the channel.
Ingram Micro and Comms-care are market provide a broad range of configuration services from its centrally located, purpose-built facility in Crick, Northamptonshire. Their team of experienced engineers offers a variety of value added services, covering everything from the application of straightforward customer provided configuration through to complete design and testing for ‘greenfield’ installations.

In doing so we have been able to up skill our configuration centre which now has dedicated Comms-care engineers on site enabling a higher level of service through improved capabilities, where previously this was limited. The Comms-care Configuration Service sits within the Ingram Micro broader service portfolio, naturally supporting its Professional Services offering through which technology requirements are specified and acquired then ultimately deployed and optimized for the best results.
