Distributor Ingram Micro has signed Call Recording Technology Vendor, OAISYS, to their growing Unified Communications portfolio.
OAISYS were founded in 1996 and have been trading in the UK since 2002 developing call recording and contact centre management software solutions.
Key products include the Talkument and Tracer software applications which provide sophisticated, practical and affordable call recording feature functionality to fully address compliance management and quality assurance requirements.
Jon Bunyard, Director of the Advanced Solutions UK Division at Ingram Micro commented: “The addition of OAISYS to our vendor line-up, combined with ShoreTel, Microsoft Lync, Cisco and Jabra, lends significant weight to our value proposition in the Unified Communications space which is being taken to market by a team led by Annette Reynolds.
“We look forward to developing a strong working relationship with OAISYS and helping facilitate their growth in the UK channel.”
Managing Director of OAISYS Limited, Kevin Burns said: “We are very pleased that Ingram Micro have chosen to sell the OAISYS voice documentation and call recording solution alongside the ShoreTel platform under the UC enterprise. Voice compliance and quality monitoring requirements are growing concerns for the SMB and midmarket. This distribution agreement with Ingram Micro allows our partners to capitalise on that rising demand.
“Annette has already proved to be a true asset in working swiftly in order to get our partnership off the ground. This is a major step forward for OAISYS and we look forward to making more inroads throughout Europe.”
