Ingram Micro Cloud today announced exponential growth for 2019, following restructuring and expansion of the UK&I team. The UK&I has increased headcount by a third and is predicted to amplify the growth seen in the past 12 months in 2020.

This comes as a drive to deliver seamless solutions has bolstered partner acceleration in six key areas: Microsoft Azure/AWS, Microsoft Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, UCC, SaaS Cloud Solutions and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Dedicated to simplifying the complexity of the cloud, programs will be continually rolled out in the new year to drive growth and opportunities for these areas. They will seek to expand partner opportunities through exclusive services, promotions and offer a fast track to scalability for IaaS, O365, business applications and security solutions. UCaaS (Unified Communication as-a-Service) bundles with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco as well as Microsoft Teams-as-a-Service managed offerings, further demonstrates the level of sophistication Ingram Micro Cloud has achieved to produce value-added support for partners.

To help grow its IaaS capabilities and continue to support customers and partners with their growing needs, Ingram Micro Cloud expanded its partnership with AWS to the UK&I market.

The launch of Life Cycle Services for IaaS and attaining Azure Expert MSP status has helped partners enable opportunities in driving larger workloads.

Ingram Micro Cloud also improved upon its offering in cybersecurity to address channel partner and enterprises’ need. It has built out its cybersecurity community, providing specialised consultancy and training solutions to partners.

As well as adding new vendors and products to its cybersecurity roster, McAfee was established as sole distributor in April 2019. To solidify the new partnership with McAfee, Ingram Micro launched the McAfee Partner Club to provide partners with the tools, knowledge and capability to scale their Cyber Security practice.

The company also announced the global availability of the Go-to-Market Hub for partners and the Go-to-Builder for vendors to automate and accelerate their cloud businesses. Since its launch in May of 2019, it’s seen 300+ partners using the platform within the Cloud Marketplace, with 550+ campaign tactics created. With many VARs and MSPs struggling to reach their target customers to generate and convert opportunities, the Go-to-Market Hub provides a single destination for through-channel marketing automation, with sales enablement content and tools across the Ingram Micro Cloud portfolio of cloud products.

Scott Murphy, Director, Cloud, Cyber, UCC, UK&I at Ingram Micro Cloud: “2019 was been a turning point for our business, with key milestones that have helped us provide real value to our partners and customers. Our development of Unified Communication & Collaboration and Cyber Security tools provides us with examples of how we’re continuing to build on this value-add for partners. Understanding that there’s an opportunity to differentiate and expand on our offerings is what we’ve been promoting over the past year. Moving into 2020, these initiatives will be the building blocks for success as we better support what the modern enterprise needs from technology. We’re excited to continue to build on the momentum of 2019, with existing and new partners.”
