Ingram Micro Cloud is upping the ante with new promotions aimed at the UK reseller community. The latest move is targeted at both its existing partners who already sell Microsoft Cloud services engaging them to do more with more on its automated cloud platform, as well as those resellers not already part of the Ingram Micro Ecosystem of Cloud to incentivise them to place their first Microsoft cloud transaction online as partners are encouraged to digitally transform.
Apay Obang-Oyway, Director, Cloud Northern Europe at Ingram Micro Cloud, stated: “What came out loud and clear from Microsoft’s WPC was its clear ‘CSP first’ opportunity and that is something we actively support. We have seen over the past year strong appetite for CSP amongst end customers within our partner base for a myriad of reasons. This certainly continues as the move to cloud continues to drive digital transformation across all industries. Not only are we seeing our existing partners really beginning to scale their cloud proposition we are seeing new resellers coming on board as partners look to enhance their propositions to include Cloud as part of the comprehensive value in IT.
It is our goal to not only bring on board new resellers onto the Microsoft CSP program, but to actively encourage existing partners to embrace Microsoft cloud solutions to strengthen their value within the customer base and increase the level of different subscriptions they undertake with the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. We see the most profitable and successful partners are those with double digit number of subscriptions per end customer. More subscriptions means partners tend to also be selling more of their own native services,” continued Apay.
“This is why we have brought together these solutions – along with many other leading cloud applications – and integrated them into the Cloud Marketplace for instant provisioning, consolidated monthly billing and customer management. It’s an easy bundling of Microsoft Cloud CSP Office 365 and EMS with more solutions being added throughout the rest of the year, all based on a single platform strategy across our integrated Cloud Platform portfolio including our Cloud Marketplace, Cloud Store, Odin Premium automation and Ensim offerings. It is the ultimate one-stop-shop for all existing Microsoft CSPs to take advantage and really ramp up their cloud business and for new resellers looking to take the first steps into selling cloud solutions leveraging the Microsoft CSP programme.”
