Interactive Telecoms Expands Workforce

Interactive Telecoms has created new career opportunities in the region after expanding its sales team by 50 per cent - in a bid to fill its new sales centre.

The Birmingham based company has created six new Sales and Customer Service roles, to accommodate its brand new state of the art centre, based within its headquarters.

Interactive Telecoms has invested £85,000 in opening the new centre which contains state of the art telecommunication equipment and new training room facilities.

It has installed Oak monitoring software to track and trace call management as well as Cisco Intelligent phones and large LCD display panels.

The six new appointments will be working with a wide portfolio of clients offering technical support and solutions.

The telecommunications specialists decided to invest in the future growth of the company after securing key appointments in the automotive, food and retail sectors.

Interactive Telecoms was officially named Select Partner of the Year by global telecommunications giant Cisco for 2009 earlier this year.

Margaret Brewer, Managing Director of Interactive Telecoms, said: “It is an extremely exciting period for us as a company, to be creating new roles in the region, with the opening of our new sales centre.

“It has taken a lot of hard work to reach our goal of expanding and opening the new suite and we are very proud to celebrate this and be helping to lead the way forward for business growth in the region.

“We are now concentrating on putting our new training facilities, based within the centre, to use with our new team members.”

Interactive Telecoms work with a wide range of clients across the West Midlands and the UK, to provide a full turnkey of telecommunication solutions for converged voice and data products.
