Interactive Telecoms Launch Cisco Collaboration Centre

UK telecommunication specialists, Interactive Telecoms have joined forces with Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce to launch the first Cisco Collaboration Centre in the West Midlands.

The West Midlands based telecommunication specialists and Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce has gone live with the first Cisco Collaboration Centre in the region and the UK.

Members of the Midlands business community and Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce will now have free access to the new resource centre, which is based in the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.

It will be open on a daily basis for six months and if successful it is planned to be rolled out within other Chambers of Commerce across the UK.

It will give members the opportunity to experience Cisco solutions first hand in a center dedicated and installed with Webex technology, web cameras and IP Phones for hands on training and live demonstrations.

Cisco Collaboration solutions will introduce the business community to new methods of unifying their communications via introducing one network for data, voice and wireless.

Interactive Telecoms and Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce are set to help the West Midlands business community cut their costs and prepare for the future changes in telecommunications.

Interactive Telecoms was officially named Select Partner of the Year by global telecommunications giant Cisco for 2009.

The Birmingham based telecommunication expert’s work with a wide range of clients across the West Midlands and the UK providing a full turnkey of solutions for converged voice and data.
