Interactive Telecoms wins Best Business accolade for unique SMB service

Birmingham IT and telecommunications hub, Interactive Telecoms has received a Best Business accolade for its unique new ‘end to end’ telephony service targeting the SMB (small medium businesses) market place.

The Vittoria Street telecommunications and IT specialists has been recognised by Best Business Awards after receiving one of its top UK business awards, Best New Service.

Interactive Telecoms has been acknowledged for its new ‘end to end’ telecommunications solution, which has been specifically built and designed in-house to accommodate the UK SMB market place.

It supplies the SMB market with a user friendly license application, which sits on the end users’ computer and provides a wireless solution for email access, phone and data services, all in one unified package.

It has been extremely well received in the IT and telecommunications market place as it helps SMBs reduce communication costs via one unified package, which has previously only been available to larger organisations and enterprises.

Margaret Brewer, Managing Director of Interactive Telecoms, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for myself and my team.

“We have worked extremely hard to design and create a bespoke package for the SMB marketplace, after identifying a niche and lack of package available in the market. It has created a real buzz within the telecommunications and IT sector as a significant step forward for the SMB market place.”

Best Business Awards, Best New Service award category recognises and evaluates innovation, design and overall performance. It is judged by six leading UK business leaders.

The award has previously been awarded to Rosslyn Analytics and Waggener Edstrom Worldwide.

Andrew Areoff, Chairman of the Judges at Best Business Awards, said: “The small to medium size business marketplace has traditionally been over looked and lacked an end to end telecommunications solution specifically to suit their needs.

“Interactive Telecoms have identified this gap in the market and delivered a quality solution. The package saves users time and money while increasing productivity.

“This provides smaller firms with the opportunity to benefit from the latest technology, something that has traditionally only been accessible to larger companies with a formalised internal IT structure.”

Interactive Telecoms work with a wide range of clients across the West Midlands and the UK, to provide a full turnkey of telecommunication solutions for converged voice and data products.
