Intermedia has introduced a new, through-partners, marketing automation platform and launch of Intermedia University – a self-paced learning platform designed to educate and train partners. These new resources strengthen Intermedia’s multifaceted approach to enabling partners across the entire customer lifecycle, from marketing and lead generation to sales and order fulfillment, and from onboarding and migration to ongoing technical support.
According to CompTIA’s latest State of the Channel UK Study, only 19 per cent of UK channel firms indicate that the majority of their revenue is coming from new customers. But over the next two years, 41 per cent of channel firms expect more revenue to come from new customers. This points to the likelihood that channel firms will be significantly stepping up their investment when it comes to new customer acquisition.

The content ranged from introductory lessons to expert advice, with relevance to partners of all levels of experience. Training resources span across Intermedia’s core products including Hosted Microsoft® Exchange, Email Archiving and SecuriSync. In addition to self-paced video webinars, partners can corroborate their new learnings with Intermedia’s integrated certification quizzes.
