IntraLAN has partnered with software vendor Xarios Technologies to deliver Xarios’ Dimensions Voice solution to its customers.
Xarios provides business communications solutions including unified communications, call analytics and call recording technologies. Its Dimensions Voice solution is described as a comprehensive cloud communication solution enabling businesses to work flexibly no matter the size or location.
Dimensions Voice users are contactable on any of its devices, whether working in the office, at home or on the move, with all devices associated to a single number. Calls in progress will follow the user to any device as they move locations, aiming for increased productivity, strengthened customer relationships and raised contact centre and business efficiency.
The partnership is the first for Xarios outside of its existing partner community of telephony providers, and will grow IntraLAN’s portfolio of IT, unified communications, connectivity, cybersecurity and compliance services including its WorkIN solution built for the hybrid workplace.
