The M&A Awards celebrate the achievements of management teams, advisers and financiers who have demonstrated their deal-making excellence through difficult market conditions. The buyout prize was judged on a range of criteria, including the raising of funds, the management of stakeholders and how the buyout intended to progress the ambitions of the business.

Adam Jarvis, chief executive at Intrinsic, commented: “This award is obviously a testament to what was a brilliantly managed MBO, but more importantly, it speaks volumes of our achievements and development since.

“The buyout set us up perfectly to continue our strategic plan and improve on our growth. We have ambitious expansion plans, and the MBO has put the groundwork in place for us to accomplish that.”
