Intrinsic Technology Officially Outstanding Company To Work For

In recognition of its outstanding workplace and investment in people, Intrinsic Technology has been awarded 2 star status in Best Companies Accreditation 2009.

Competition was fierce for accreditation with nearly 800 companies entering this year and less than half of those companies achieving star status.

The scheme follows a ‘Michelin star’ system with one star for ‘first class’, two stars for ‘outstanding’ and three stars for ‘extraordinary performance’.

Allan Gauld, managing director, Intrinsic Technology comments: “We are delighted to receive two star status with Best Companies and it’s all the more sweeter as it’s the first year we’ve entered for this national accreditation.

“The Best Companies independent feedback clearly indicated that we have a passionate, team-orientated and highly motivated group of individuals within the company, who are in-turn, providing excellent levels of service to our customers. We are all extremely proud that Intrinsic has achieved national recognition for all of our constant efforts to ensure it is one of the best companies to work for.”

The Best Companies Accreditation scheme examines employee engagement in the workplace and ranks companies based on results from an employee survey. The survey consists of 66 questions and covers eight factors including leadership, employee well-being, personal growth, and giving something back to society.
