Nortel’s fastest growing reseller, Intrinsic Technology has signed an exclusivity agreement with applications developer, Datapulse to provide the company’s applications to its growing Nortel customer base.
Datapulse, offers a range of voice solutions which include voice recording, call centre workforce management, call management and billing software and applications for Nortel IP phones. The strategic partnership between Intrinsic and Datapulse will ensure that Intrinsic’s Nortel customer base has direct and prioritised access to world-class applications developed by Nortel’s applications partner of choice.
Datapulse also specialises in the development of pc-based operator consoles with integrated Microsoft presence functionality, which fits perfectly with Intrinsic’s unified communications portfolio.
