intY unveils Partner Insights tool

Distributors
intY has launched a new platform designed to transform client relationships. The real-time, client-specific tool gives IT channel partners valuable insight into how customers are using their cloud software solutions.

Partner Insights pulls millions of data calls from some of the biggest software vendors in the world including Microsoft, Symantec and Acronis into an easy-to-understand visual display, bridging the gap between vendor, partner, customer and end-user.

Among other features, Partner Insights allows partners to check the adoption rate across the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, see how many malware attacks Symantec has stopped and see how many files Acronis has backed up – all in real time.

Using this dashboard data, partners are not only able to demonstrate the benefits of existing products, but also suggest and cross-sell the best additional products, backing up each recommendation with information unique to each client. All partners will be able to access the tool for free from February 2019.

intY connects resellers with the right cloud-based products and is focused on having a plethora of experienced and knowledgeable experts to support a business in their cloud goals.

Craig Joseph, intY CEO commented: “We are delighted to officially launch Partner Insights and equally delighted with how the tool has been received so far. We’ve already had a fantastic response from our initial presentation to partners who have been using the platform for a few months, which shows that there is a real need for this type of system.

“We’re always looking for new ways to transform client relationships and add value and wanted to give our partners something that would help them become not just a provider, but a valued source of insights that their clients would keep coming back to again and again.

“That’s how Partner Insights came about. It’s a brand-new concept in the cloud distribution industry and allows businesses to demonstrate the real value of cloud solutions using data unique to each client.”

Nathan Eames, Head of Small Business Sales in Northern Europe at Symantec, said: “From a security perspective, Partner Insights helps highlight if customers are being hit by malware attacks and spam emails in real-time and suggests services to help protect them, including Symantec.”
