Investing in customer service

In a further step in its quest to excel in customer service, STL Communications has appointed Clare Dudley as Customer Services Manager.

Clare, who has over 20 years experience in customer service, will provide the central point of contact for STL’s large customer base as well as proactively contacting customers offering a support and information service.

Phil Donigan, STL’s sales director commented, “On the back of our ISO 9001 accreditation last year, we have invested heavily in a new CRM system that is now used throughout the organisation to provide an improved customer experience. Clare’s new role will ensure more effective day to day support for our customer base.” Clare adds, “I am looking forward to getting to know STL’s customers so that I can offer them an enhanced service and assure them that STL takes customer care very seriously.”
