Invosys are gearing up for the Convergence Summit, where they will be showcasing a new product as well as offering visitors the chance to win a fantastic prize.

Audio Conferencing is the latest addition to the hugely successful Number Manager portal, and gives users the ability to easily create and manage audio conferencing services. With significant flexibility and ease of use, it has been created with the aim of helping organisations communicate more effectively, regardless of location and provides increased functionality and new revenue opportunities.
The product has a number of features including the ability to set up on any number type, bespoke welcome messages, host tracking and call recording. It includes a PIN access system for security, ensuring that users are unable to accidentally join another conference call with the option to add in a second level entry system by also generating a conference ID. Additionally, Conference Hosts are able to generate a separate PIN to ensure the call cannot begin without their attendance and to give them full control of the meeting and discussion points, particularly useful when a call involves clients and third parties.
The team at Invosys will be demonstrating Audio Conferencing, along with their wider product portfolio, at the event.
Visitors to the stand will also have the chance to win the ultimate big kid’s prize – a office gadget hamper made up of fun items to help you through the working day. It includes: a PowerUp 3.0 Smartphone Controlled Paper Airplane, a Mega Retro Sweet Hamper, a LEGO Ninjago Airjitzu Wrayth Flyer, a Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker and a Professor Puzzle Brain Busting 4 Wooden Puzzle Set. Simply drop in your business card for a chance to win.
Head of Product and Marketing, Amina Marfoua, said: “Invosys, have had a great 2015 so far with lots of exciting developments. We are delighted to be exhibiting at Convergence South and we look forward to catching up with existing customers and showcasing our products to new ones.”
