IP Netix launches white labelling for Avaya channel

IP-Netix, the specialist third party maintenance and support company for the Avaya channel, has introduced a ‘white label’ service. This means IP-Netix can install and support the Avaya Aura Communication Manager system and Avaya channel partners can ‘white label’ IP-Netix services as their own. IP-Netix will also ‘mimic’ the working procedures and protocols of the Avaya partner, so that the third party support in projects is transparent to customers.

With a completely flexible approach to service provision, IP-Netix can offer simple ad hoc support on a daily basis, through to full project management of a multisite, multinational installation. To take all the uncertainty out of the pricing equation IP-Netix offers both day rates and fixed project costings. IP-Netix has complete expertise and the company’s skill set is always current and unrivalled.

Commenting on the new ‘white label’ service, Kevin Boyer, Managing Director of IP-Netix said, “Even major resellers find it hard to cost justify having staff and accreditations to install and maintain Avaya’s enterprise class Aura Communications Manager. We can take away that problem by installing and supporting the Aura Communications Manager, just as if the Avaya channel partner was doing the work themselves. It’s a cost-effective solution and with our new ‘white labelling’ the channel partner’s branded service delivery remains intact.”
