ITEC Intelligent Services say that in the last three months they have signed eight new contracts to provide 24 x 7 technical helpdesk solutions to its channel customers. The IntelliDesk product enables resellers, distributors, service providers and manufacturers the opportunity to provide 24 x 7 telephone technical support and helpdesk services to there customers in a very scalable and affordable way.
Ross Teague, Director at ITEC Intelligent Services said: “The IntelliDesk product is selling very well for us at this time. The reason this product is so popular with the channel is its effectiveness, value proposition and ease of use. The solution is also fully branded, so our customers really can position it as there own staff on the helpdesk. We have over 20 organisations now we are providing managed helpdesk services (IntelliDesk) to and are working through the final contractual negotiations on another four which we expect to be online in the next 30 days.”
