Jabra announces UK winners at 2012 EMEA Partner Awards

Celebrating "The Power of Partnership", Jabra has recognised its top UK channel partners at its EMEA Partner Conference in Rome over 25-27th January, following a year of record growth.

Jabra and its partners achieved double-digit sales growth across EMEA for its comprehensive portfolio of headsets and UC-optimised communications devices in 2011. This growth was driven by increasing demand for multi-use headsets at work that enable users to connect headsets to a variety of communications devices, including smartphones and tablets.

Jabra’s top UK partners received awards from Jabra’s CEO, Mogens Elsberg, EMEA President, Joel Hamon and Andrew Doyle, UK Managing Director for Contact Centre & Office Division.

The UK 2011 award winners were:

- UK Distributor of the Year - Ingram Micro

- Best UK Value Added Reseller - Computacenter

- Best UK Emerging Partner – Insight

At an EMEA level, Westcon Convergence were announced as EMEA Distributor of the Year 2012.

Over 200 partners from across EMEA, together with sponsors Avaya and Microsoft, joined Jabra for the conference. The Rome conference included in-depth strategy updates, live demonstrations, networking opportunities, discussions on how to maximise shared business opportunities for Jabra and its partners in 2012, as well as the prestigious Partner Awards ceremony.
