Jay McBain joins Canalys

Canalys has announced that Jay McBain has joined the company as a chief analyst in its channels research team. He will serve as an integral part of Canalys’ worldwide research and advisory team, as well as leading the analyst firm’s Channels Analysis North America research programme.

McBain has held various executive channel sales, marketing and strategy roles with IBM, Lenovo and ChannelEyes. Most recently, he served as principal analyst for global channels, partnerships and ecosystems at Forrester.
