Jola Cloud Solutions has released an innovative new ordering portal for their resellers.
Adrian Sunderland CTO explains, “At Griffin we gained many years’ experience of building self-service portals for the channel. When we looked at the various multi-product offerings in the market it occurred to us that whilst most were very good for ordering one product at a time, the journey wasn’t that easy when a single order involved many products. We want to encourage our resellers to order all their customers’ requirements from us so once they have entered the delivery details, Jola Partners can build the entire order without having to dip in and out of the system or re-enter data. Resellers can save and return to part-built orders, add orders to existing sites, view orders in progress and the whole experience is quick and easy.”
