Justin Blaine announces today that he is to step away from NeoWave with immediate effect. Justin was one of the founding directors of NeoWave back in 2003 and pioneered the Partner Pledge – NeoWave’s promise to working with and not compete with resellers in the market place. Since then Justin has been integral in compiling a product range of the best of telecoms equipment and services to offer to the market.

Justin comments ‘It has been an immensely hard decision for me to walk away from NeoWave, as NeoWave has been a part of my life for over 10 years. NeoWave has some remarkable launches on the horizon in 2013 that will take the company in a new direction, and although I wish NeoWave every success, I feel the time is right for me to undertake a new challenge.’

In a management buyout NeoWave will now be operated by Margaret Brewer and Ranjit Jutla. Ranjit has been a director at NeoWave for 5 years, and Margaret has been in position as General Manager for 2 years.

The new management Margaret and Ranjit, have the full support of the entire NeoWave team based near Solihull, and will be instrumental in launching the new NeoCloud services namely Hosted Voice & Video services and will look to further develop a suite of cloud services to the telecoms and AV markets. The established close knit NeoWave team comprises of specialist technical support, sales account managers and marketing services, who together deliver an uncompromising service to their partners. Margaret Brewer states ’these are very exciting times for the NeoWave team. We have a fantastic new service to launch this year that will take the market by storm – offering resellers unbeatable packages to take to their customers. The NeoWave Partner Pledge of course stands, we are here to support and develop customers with resellers for a profitable outcome all round.’

Ranjit Jutla concludes ‘I, with the entire team at NeoWave, thank Justin for his unprecedented contribution to NeoWave. Although he will be missed, NeoWave is set to go from strength to strength. 2013 is set to be a bright year for us all.’
