Kcom Achieves Cisco Master Service Provider Certification

Cloud
Kcom announced today that it has achieved additional Cisco Powered Service Designations within Kcom’s Cisco Master Service Provider Certification for cloud and managed services. This certification recognises Kcom as having the capabilities to sell and deliver cloud; it also rewards partners for their expertise and investments in creating, selling and delivering cloud and managed services with financial incentives and go-to-market benefits in all countries of legal presence.

Sally Fuller, Director of Strategic Propositions at Kcom, says: “We’re delighted to have been recognised for our commitment to developing and delivering a cloud solution based around Cisco’s technology. Customers we’ve spoken to are really excited about Kcom Workplaces and the capability that our services can offer them. CIOs are experiencing huge challenges such as having to refresh ageing infrastructures, drive innovation and adopt technology for a much more flexible and agile workforce. This usually comes at a very high cost. Workplaces is a cost effective way to address these challenges, whilst giving them the opportunity to use IT to drive change within their organisation.”

The Cisco Master Service Provider Certification is part of the Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Program, focused on helping partners such as Kcom to build, market and sell cloud and managed services with business acceleration tools and services, sales training and the Cisco Cloud Marketplace to address the varied needs of its customers. As a Cisco Master Service Provider Certified Partner, Kcom will sell and deliver at least two Cisco Powered services (managed and/or cloud services with Cisco Powered services designations), built on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, and provide enhanced management and stewardship practices to its customers.

Kcom has achieved additional Cisco Powered services designations in Cisco Powered Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) and Cisco Powered Managed Hosted Collaboration Solutions (HCS) for Contact Centre. This adds to Kcom’s existing Cisco Powered services of Business Communications and Unified Contact Centre.
