KCOM has announced the appointment of Phil Offord as its Enterprise Sales Director. Reporting to Executive Vice Principal Stephen Long, he will be responsible for the direction, development and management of the sales organisation, driving a high performance culture and securing revenue growth from new and existing enterprise customers.
Based at KCOM’s London office, Offord will take the lead in building the profile of KCOM as an ‘experience integrator’ business focused on helping organisations to re-imagine and re-architect their IT and communications infrastructures to deliver better experiences for their customers.
“Phil immediately understood our focus on making life easier and better for our customers and, with his proven track record and experience he’s a great choice to lead our growth ambition,” said Stephen Long, EVP, KCOM. “Our sales team is focused on helping organisations to deliver their overall customer experience rather than just new technology. Phil’s vision for the development and evolution of an enterprise sales function that listens more than it talks is a perfect fit for us.”
“KCOM has proven expertise working on mission-critical projects for the likes of HMRC, Rail Delivery Group, BUPA and NFU Mutual so there is a very strong foundation to build on,” said Phil Offord, Sales Director at KCOM. “Companies are looking for partners that are large enough to make the difference but small enough to be agile and KCOM certainly fits that need; it’s an exciting proposition in this market.”
