Stevens joins Crane from Redstone, where he held the position of Operations Director for 12 years. His remit at Crane will involve building and managing the distributor’s professional services offering and providing a seamless solution for Resellers.
Kevin says, “I am looking forward to working with Resellers to help build value within their customer base by supplying or augmenting their service offering. I want Resellers to buy Services through Crane, knowing they are the most cost-effective in the Channel.”
Crane is currently in the process of reviewing their Services portfolio with the aim of providing a more comprehensive, clearer and competitive priced offering. The philosophy will be to allow the resellers to engage Crane for the entire implementation or just the specific highly skilled or niche tasks. In order to make this possible Crane will be adding new complimentary services to support wireless and IP technologies over the next couple of months.
