Dutch based CTI software vendor Key-Link will be launching the latest version of their EasyLink product at the Convergence Summit in Manchester at the end of April.
The company has set their sights on Siemens resellers still reeling from the news that Mitel is no longer supplying the Callview product to Siemens following their takeover of Inter-Tel last year.
Key-Link say their product is Siemens HiPath Ready and certified by Siemens for HiPath 2000 and 3000. EasyLink is a mature and versatile software for screen pop, presence and historic and real-time reporting on all calls (UCD, internal and external)
The new version 3 features include a Multisite option where with one centrally located server software, as many branches or subsidiaries as one likes can be connected over IP. This provides all information employees and managers need about telephony all over the multi-node company.
